First send a summary to a single chairman -> upon tip of which follower window, we will find begin a (voice) conference symbol -> click upon which – > a latest window will open up – > click upon entice others to a conf -> there we can etither sort their name or name from your follower list. Then click upon invite. When they accept a invite, they will be inside a conf.
